The album Californication by The Red Hot Chili Peppers is a fun album released in 1999. This album is about people in California who went there to find their dream but cannot really figure it out.
This album is about a 3/5: the meanings of the songs are very interesting and can be taken to heart very easily. One of the best songs on this album is probably “Scar Tissue” or “Around the World.” Both songs talk about the band’s travels around California.
The band is originally from California, so they have no problem writing songs about this state.
Anyone who enjoys rock should give this older album a listen.
