The show The Summer I Turned Pretty, based on the best-selling book by Jenny Han, is the story of a girl who falls in love with two brothers while at the beach for the summer.
By the same author of the book, and Netflix movie by the same name To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Summer I Turned Pretty captures all of the teenage angst Han is so known for. The main character, Belly, falls in love with two brothers, Jeremiah and Conrad, but struggles to decide where her heart truly lies and how to avoid breaking any hearts. Fans of cheesy teen romance will not be disappointed.
The two seasons of the show are available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
