Mrs. McMillian’s second block Visual Arts class is working on their new project this week: they were provided large tree branches and given the ability to transform it into whatever they desire.
Some students are making pieces to hang on their walls, magical staffs, giant objects, and other miscellaneous items. They have been hard at work making their art look the best they can while being given the opportunity to have fun with it! Students are allowed to use different media types on their creations and told to, “Make whatever makes you happy!”
Overall, students have been enjoying this project and the freedom they have been given while working. The students of Mrs. McMillian’s second period have created and are working on many amazing art pieces that they will be able to enjoy for a very long time!
