ECHS Science Teacher Mrs. Ahmann threw a Harry Potter themed baby shower for Assistant Principal Dr. Rigby who is expecting a baby boy in December. The shower took place in the Media Center on Wednesday afternoon.

Several students and teachers helped set up the library with Harry Potter decorations of all kinds like FUNKO pops, fun table cloths, and other creative props. There were also many fun games such as guessing the baby food, guessing how big the baby bump is, and guessing the amount of jelly beans in a jar. There was food like sliders, “pigs in a blanket,” and a host of delicious-looking desserts– including chocolate-dipped pretzel “wands.”

Many people brought amazing gifts for Dr. Rigby as well. Mrs. Richardson says, “The shower was adorable, Mrs. Ahmann did an excellent job putting it together.” Richardson also says, ”It was great to celebrate my friend!” Overall, the baby shower was a magical success.
