If you’ve had a busy week and haven’t kept up with the news, here’s a quick recap just for you!

If you’ve ever been to Disney before you probably remember Disney “Lightning Lane,” costing about $20 per person without any reservations.

Disney is going to be launching “Lightning Lane Premier Pass,” basically a new “Lightning Lane.”  With the new pass, prices per person have skyrocketed to between $137.39 to $478.19 (after taxes), and that’s just at Walt Disney’s World’s Florida Resort location. The Disneyland Resort in California has a much higher range of possible pricing costing $300-$400. The difference between the passes is that “Lightning Lane” requires a reservation and time frame in order to skip lines whereas the “Lightning Lane Premier Pass” allows you to hop around from ride to ride.

Southern California is experiencing a series of earthquakes grabbing the attention of Southern California and seismologists. Seismologists are wondering if this is a warning for possibly something much larger.
