The team has been practicing all season long to prepare for the playoffs. They have 18 wins and 20 losses. The volleyball team was able to fight back against Carrollton, and they got up 2 sets to 0 with West Lake.

The players can do a female weightlifting class with Coach Guess, and Coach Ewing does sports psychology for players as well. Every practice  always ends with a competitive game to implement the skill they have worked on during the practice.
