Scott Beck and Bryan Woods both co-directed this film. Scott Beck and Bryan Woods have worked together on many movies. Some of their films are: Haunt, 65, A Quiet Place, The Boogeyman, and more.

Heretic stars many well-known actors and actresses. Hugh Grant, Sophie Thatcher, Chloe East, and Topher Grace are the most popular actors that star in this movie. 

Heretic is known for its significant amount of dialogue. The scenes are set in an eerie setting and set the mood of the movie while the dialogue adds more of a tone that leaves audiences on the edge of their seats, wondering what is going to happen.

The plot of Heretic centers around two young missionaries: Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton. Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton go house to house, hoping to convert people to Mormonism. They end up knocking on the door of Mr. Reed who claimed to have wanted to learn more about their faith. Happy to have someone interested in converting, Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton enter his house without a second thought.

As soon as they enter the house, you can tell that there is something not quite right taking place there. The front room is decorated very nicely and Mr. Reed asks if they mind metal being in the walls and in the ceiling. That’s a very strange question to ask a guest as they walk into your house. 

Soon, they find out that they are trapped inside his maze of a home and have been caught in a game of cat and mouse. If they want to make it out alive, they must turn to their faith and wits to get out of there.

Hugh Grant has been nominated for many awards for his portrayal of Mr. Reed. In the movie, he gives off the appearance of a nice guy who is actually crazy and truly believes that what he is doing is right. Overall, his acting in this film was phenomenal and definitely attributed to the entertainment of this film.

In conclusion, Heretic is a thrilling religious horror movie that has many plot twists that keep the audience guessing what may come next. Heretic is a must-watch movie that everyone should watch.
